Meet Alina, a compassionate, friendly dietitian and lover of food earrings (she has over 30 pairs). Alina specialises in supporting individuals aged 15+ to overcome any concerns they may have with eating, weight and/or body image.

Alina practices from a trauma-informed, collaborative and Health At Every Size (HAES) lens. Alina firmly believes that the individual is the expert of their own story and works with them to get to know the whole person alongside their specific goals and treatment plan.

In addition to the above, Alina can support individuals with chronic diseases and/or history of chronic dieting to achieve their physical and emotional goals through a non-dieting and weight-neutral framework.
